1. About Zora
Zora is an AI companion chat service operated by Zora Sauvage ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Zora, you agree to these Terms.
Zora is an AI, not a real person. Conversations are generated by an artificial intelligence model and are for entertainment and companionship purposes only. Zora is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or professional advisor, and nothing said in the app should be treated as professional advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zora. You must also be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Your account
You sign in using a passwordless link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Credits and payment
- Zora runs on credits. New accounts receive a starting balance free of charge; additional credits or subscriptions can be purchased through the packs listed on the Credits page.
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Subscription plans, once available, can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that the digital content is made available immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Zora for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying system instructions or models powering Zora.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with Zora outside of normal, individual use.
- Harass, threaten, or attempt to abuse the service or its operators.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Content
The Zora character, her name, persona, and the underlying instructions that shape her responses are our property. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected — use your own judgment before relying on anything Zora says.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Zora is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zora after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
