- Your email address, to create your account and sign you in.
- The messages you exchange with Zora, stored so the conversation can continue across sessions.
- Your credit balance and usage (number of messages sent).
- Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your card details.
- Basic technical data (IP address, device/browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we collect it
We use your data solely to provide the service: authenticate you, generate Zora's replies, remember your conversation, track your credit balance, and process payments. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is processed by a small number of service providers, strictly to run Zora:
- Anthropic — processes your messages to generate Zora's replies.
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
- Resend — delivers our sign-in emails.
- Stripe — processes payments (once enabled).
- Vercel — hosts the website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at zora.sauvage@proton.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
